On Jan. 26, 2016, the first publication ceremony of The Date with Argentina was held in Argentina embassy to China, Argentina ambassador Mr.Gustavo A. Martino, deputy mayor of Wuhan Ms. Liu Yingzi, President of Changjiang Daily Group Mr. Yang Shiqiao, President of World Affairs Press Mr. Ma Fengchun,  deputy director of Foreign Affairs Office of Wuhan Municipal Government Mr. Li Pu and YRIC Executive President Mr. Liu Meng attended this ceremony.

At the ceremony with about a hundred attendees including a dozen diplomats in China, leaders of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China, Ministry of Chinese Culture, Wuhan Municipal Government, World Affairs Press, the Chahar Institute, Western Returned Scholars Association ( WRSA) and Chinese and foreign people of all circles, Argentina ambassador in China Mr.Gustavo A. Martino said, this book is China first long documentary literature on the theme of Argentina with a significant influence. Mr.Gustavo A. Martino made a speech and said, the author Mr. Yu Xi visited Argentina twice and has left his footprints all over the land.

Written by Yu Xi, The Date with Argentina has 6 chapters and 45 sections included history, humanity, nature, customs, society, culture, art and other aspects which makes deeper dig and description to Argentina. The ambassador said, Mr. Yu Xi gives a comprehensive display of Argentina by The Date with Argentina. It helps Chinese readers to know aspects of Argentinean daily life and work. Congratulations and thanks to Mr. Yu Xi written the book for closer relations and connections between Argentina and China.
